Registering for Ahimsa Dhyana Mahasabhalu costs nothing. No fee is collected at any stage, so no refund can arise from a registration. If you can no longer attend you do not need to cancel or inform us, and you owe nothing.
Donations to this event are voluntary contributions towards the cost of holding it. Preparations — food, accommodation, venue and arrangements — are committed in advance on the strength of what has been received. Donations are therefore non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed.
Donating is never required in order to attend, and gives no entitlement at the event. Please donate only what you are comfortable giving.
If your payment failed, was declined, or you closed the payment window, no donation has been received and there is nothing to refund. Where an amount was debited but the payment did not complete, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or card issuer within 5 to 7 working days. That reversal is handled by your bank and Razorpay, not by us.
If you were charged twice for the same donation, or a clearly incorrect amount was taken because of a technical fault, write to us within 7 days of the payment at thevegetarianmovement@gmail.com with your donation code, the payment reference and the date. An organiser will review it. Corrections in cases of this kind are made at the organisers' discretion and are processed through the payment gateway; where one is approved, the amount is returned to the account it was paid from, normally within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
This applies only to duplicate or erroneous transactions. It is not a general right to change your mind.
