These terms apply to your use of this website and to registering for, or
donating to, Ahimsa Dhyana Mahasabhalu, held from 1 to 5 October 2026 at
Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, Hyderabad. By registering or donating you accept
them.
This event is organised by the National Vegetarian Movement,
together with the Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement. The National Vegetarian
Movement receives and is responsible for all donations made through this
website.
Registration
- Registration is free. There is no registration fee, ticket
price or attendance charge of any kind, and no one is authorised to collect
one on our behalf.
- The event is open to everyone. There is no age limit, eligibility test or
invitation code.
- One registration may cover between 1 and 10 persons.
- You choose the first and last day you intend to attend; both must fall
within 1–5 October 2026.
- Registration is confirmed instantly and does not need organiser approval.
You will be shown a registration code beginning
DYM-. Please
keep it — it identifies your registration.
- If you supplied an email address, a confirmation is also sent by email.
- You may register more than once if you need to. Registrations are not
blocked or merged.
Attendance
- There is no cancellation process. If your plans change you need do nothing;
simply not attending is acceptable and costs you nothing.
- Please carry your registration code to the venue.
- Free food and accommodation are offered by the organisers as announced for
this event, subject to availability on each day.
- The organisers may close registration at any time, and may adjust the
programme, timings or arrangements where circumstances require it.
Donations
- Donations are entirely voluntary and completely separate from registration.
Donating gives no priority, no reserved seating and no benefit at the event.
- A donation may be between ₹100 and ₹5,00,000. The amount is
verified on our server before payment is accepted.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. A donation is treated as received only
after Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
- You will be shown a simple receipt with a donation code, the amount, the
date and the payment reference, and it is also emailed to you if you gave an
email address.
- Donations are non-refundable. Please see our
refund policy.
- We make no representation about tax treatment of donations. No tax
exemption is claimed or implied.
Using this website
Please give accurate information when registering, and do not attempt to
disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or submit automated or
fraudulent registrations. We may refuse or remove any registration that appears
fraudulent or abusive.
Content
The text, logo, brochure and images on this site belong to the organisers and
are provided for information about this event. Details of the programme are
published in good faith and may change.
Limitation of liability
The organisers are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings at the
venue, or for any interruption to the programme caused by circumstances beyond
their reasonable control. Attendance is at your own discretion, and you remain
responsible for your own health and safety and for anyone attending with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them,
from your registration, or from a donation made through this website is subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
